21 Day Fix Review
Hello friends and workout buddies. I am excited
to share the 21 day fix with you. When you get your 21 day fix you are going
to get two dvds. On these two dvds are seven workout programs, 30 minutes each plus one
10 minute workout program strictly for the abs.
Also when you order it through a coach such
as mua, you are going to get a free $19.00 DVD just because you ordered from a coach. Also what comes with it is your calendar.
Your calendar is just a very simple calendar because you're only doing this program for
three weeks, seven days a week. So you have your little calendar right here showing you
each day which workout you do. Now the workouts are great but without proper
eating the workouts, almost almost worthless if you don't have the proper eating.
So with
it comes this book and in this book is a chart. There is no calorie counting with this because
there is a chart here, let's say OK I want 1400 calories a day. So you look at this chart
here and it's going to tell you exactly how many color containers each day that you get
to have. What's a color container I'll show you.
These are the color containers. For example,
in the 1400 calorie chart it says I get to have three reds, reds are your protein. So
let's say you feel this up three times and you can have that serving three times for
the day. There's no overeating of your proteins.
Or you have a purple, the purple are your
fruits you are going to get so many servings of fruit a day. Same with the green which
are your vegetables. Same with the yellow which are your carbs. The blue are your healthy
fats, and your little orange here are for certain types of seeds and salad dressing.
Why is this so important? Let me share with you.
Both my wife and I
have been doing Beachbody workout programs for quite a few years but we plateued out
on being able to lose weight and we knew it was because of how we ate. So when this portion
control eating came along let me show you what it did for me. This is a salad bowl but guess what it is
also my cereal bowl. Well cereal, the cereal will be this yellow one.
Look at the size
difference. This is all the serving of cereal I should've been a day instead of this. Now same with salad. My salad look at this,
now I get to have three servings of this so if I wanted to have all three veggies in one
serving with this salad then yes I can go ahead and fill up the whole bowl but it will
only be one serving in one shot, of my veggies.
But here is the most important shocker for
me. See this little orange thing, remember I said it's your salad dressing? Will I was
usually putting about this much! Look at the difference! This much salad dressing in my
salads before. I mean look at that, teeny tiny little bit. No wonder I wasn't losing
any more weight.
No wonder my wife wasn't losing any more weight. We were overeating. Now there is one more thing that we do with
