5 comic and graphic novel seriesvlogmas [cc]

Hi everyone, today I am here with a video
on five of my favorite comic book and graphic novel series. Yeah, I really enjoy
reading graphic novels and comic books, especially when things are hectic and I
often don't feel like I'm in the headspace to read a like proper book, I
like to read books with pictures in them so graphic novels and comic books
and today I want to recommend to you a couple of my favorite series from yeah
both the comic book and graphic novel genre. The first one on my list is the
Wicked and the Divine. I really enjoy this series, it's about
a couple of gods from all different kinds of mythologies who come to earth
every 90 years I think and then within two years they are all dead.

I think it's
a really really interesting graphic novel series, the fourth and fifth volume
in my opinion haven't been quite as strong as the first thre, but I'm still
really really enjoying this series, so I'm stil-l I can still recommend it like
easily because I love it so much. It has beautiful colors and it's just
all-around gorgeous, although I have heard very very mixed things about it so
most people seem to either love it or hate it. The next one of - would be the
Paper Girls series by Brian K. Vaughan, which is absolutely fantastic as well.

This is
a sort of science fictiony series about a couple of girls who like you know
bring the paper and deliver the paper to people's yards and then yeah something
happened, something science fictiony but which I don't want to tell you right now
because that would like spoil the entire first volume but I really enjoy this
series as well. I think it's really really nice,
again, wonderful coloring, really amazing characters in this one
and yeah it's all-around fantastic and I. Would definitely recommend it if you
haven't checked it out already. The next one on my list is the Young
Avengers series by Kieron Gillen which is a really fantastic one.

This has
also pretty great characters and pretty great coloring. I just like comics that have
like striking coloring or striking art or something like that. This is one of my
favorite superhero comic series of all time. Like I said the characters are
really amazing, it's such a diverse group, they are so fantastic and
I think the series does only consist of three volumes or so, but they're all
really really great and definitely- I.

Would definitely recommend them and you
don't really need to know all that much about the Marvel Universe and all that
to understand these comics, which is also pretty cool. Then the next one on my list
is the Wonder Woman series by Brian Azzarello which is also one of my
favorite superhero series of all time. Technically it's still ongoing even
though the creators have changed I think but I love this Wonder Woman series so
much, I haven't read all of Wonder Woman series and all Wonder Woman comics yet
of course but um out of all of them that I have read, this is definitely one of my
favorites. I think it's such an entertaining, fast paced, action-packed
take on Wonder Woman, I just really enjoyed this one, I think it's fantastic,
so if you like Wonder Woman, check out this series if you want to get into the
comics as well.

And then the final one on my list is the Runaways series by Brian
K. Vaughan. It's also a Marvel series and it follows the Runaways who are a group of
children who discover that their parents are essentially supervillains and they
also have their own sets of powers and everything and it's so so cool, it's such
a great series. I think at some point during the series of the creators change
as well but this is a 10 volume series as far as I remember and they're still
all really really great even though there is a creative change in between.
Yeah just a fantastic series all around, very very fun, very very action-packed,
great characters, would definitely recommend.
